The theme of the 2024 Escension yoga retreat is "Disconnect to Reconnect." It has been carefully designed to encourage guests to disconnect from the outside world and fully immerse themselves in self-care practices. Enjoy 6 days and 5 nights at Aves Hotel in Montezuma, Costa Rica. Price includes stay and 3 meals daily prepared by a private chef who specializes in vegan/vegetarian options (meat options are also delicious and will be offered at dinner).
